1. Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in the Market at Southside shopping plaza at the intersection of Orange Ave. and Michigan St.  You will find our office easy to find with plenty of free parking. 

2. What type of jobs do you recruit for?

We offer a full range of general clerical, receptionists, call center representatives, data entry, assembly and professional positions.

3. When is payday?

Every Friday

4. Do I need an appointment?

Yes.  Appointments are usually required since you will be with us for about 2 hours to interview and assess your skills.  Also, please bring identification and a copy of your resume with you to your appointment. 

5. When are timesheets due?

Timesheets are due by Noon on Monday.

6. Can I pick up my check at the office?

No.  Your paycheck can be mailed weekly or you have an option for a cash card or direct deposit.

7. Do you offer health benefits and how soon are they available?

Yes.  ESI employees are eligible for health insurance benefits within the first 30 days of employment and after submitting the proper paperwork.

8. Does Exceptional Staffing, Inc. offer vacation pay?

Yes.  After you have worked a total of 1400 hours in one calendar year you will be eligible for one week’s vacation pay.

9. Do you have a referral program?

Yes.  Exceptional Field Associates can participate in our referral program.  Your referral must inform our staff that they were referred by you and they must also complete a minimum of 160 hours.

10. How often should I call in available? 

We encourage Exceptional Associates to call in available at least once a week or when your availability changes.

11. Who do I call if I cannot report to work for any reason?

If you cannot report to work, you must contact our office immediately to inform a Staffing Supervisor.  Our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Leave a message if we do not answer the call directly and call back during regular business hours to speak to a supervisor directly.

12. Hours of operations, days closed, weekends, etc.

Our offices are open 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.

13. Process to register or Registration Requirements:

Resume, ID or I-9 form, dress professional, and expect to be here 1-2 hours to allow time for skills assessment.

14. If I find a full-time job on my own, what are the expectations to resign?

Please call our office to inform us as soon as posible. If you are currently on assignment, please plan on completing your assignment or working out a two week notice with our office.

15. Who conducts employment verifications?

An Exceptional Staffing Supervisor conducts the employment verifications on all potential Field Associates.

18. Can I fax in my timesheet? 

No. Signed and completed timesheets should be mailed or delivered to our office by Monday at Noon.
                                  

19. Is there a minimum age?

Yes.  You must be at least 18 year of age.
